Below is a 15,000 Lt ferro-cement water tank. Depending on the soil conditions, some are dug deeper in the ground. These water tanks are given per family and have significantly saved members 2-6 hours a day collecting water from local springs. During the 3-month rainy season, the tanks store up to 15,000 Lt of water.
